1. You call for an appointment and we set a date and time convenient for your initial interview.
2. We discuss your needs and what services you want us to provide to you.
3. We reach an agreement and you retain us for the services you want and need.
4. Tax Preparation begins with the collection of data and documents needed to prepare your tax returns.  We then review the data, prepare the returns for filing [ by paper or electronically ] and notify you when the tax returns are ready.  We are not an assembly line firm.  We take our time with your tax returns and treat them as if they were our own.  We notify you when your tax returns are ready.  We provide you with a copy for your records and, if you are a paper filer, we provide you with the copies to mail to the Internal Revenue Service and the State of New Jersey and other states if required.  All information used in your tax return preparation is kept confidential and private.  All documents are returned to you.  All tax returns undergo strict due diligence including at least 3 reviews of a simple return and 5 reviews of complex returns before the returns are delivered to you. 
5. Business Tax Returns are prepared in conjunction with the business accounting services we provide to the business owner.
6. Accounting Services begin with the interview and steps 1, 2 and 3 above.  You provide us with the data we need to provide you with the accounting services you need.  This may be on a monthly basis or a quarterly basis as your needs require.  We will also prepare Financial Reports for your business, again, on a monthly or quarterly basis as your needs require.  All data you provide us is held in strict confidence.
7. Consulting Services begin with the interview and steps 1, 2 and 3 also.  Then, proceed based upon the service you request.  Our conversations and any materials you provide to us are maintained in confindence.
